Jigstor was started in March 2006 after its founders, both spending 18 years in the tape storage service industry. After working for other tape service vendor's they always knew there was a better way of doing things. Now Jigstor is putting those thoughts in to action. Our growth and success has been fantastic and we now have two full time engineers and over 1400 refurbished tape drives and autoloaders in stock.

We carry out a number of procedures to ensure design issues and common faults are eradicated. We carry out the same procedures during a repair.

We don't just repair the drive but we give it a full service. That's why on all products repaired and sold by Jigstor come with a full parts and labour 1 year warranty. Also, because of the number of years me, and the rest of the team at Jigstor have been in the tape storage arena our supply chain is second to none and we buy better than our competitors. The good news is that the cost savings made are passed down directly to you, the customer.
